Human Dimension Project Manager
responsible for planning, managing and executing Technical Work Directives (TWD) utilizing functional and technical project team to provide required services to meet Government requirements for Research, Curriculum Development, tailored Instruction for each designated Department of Defense (DoD) unit or Organization, Technology Development, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and application in the following areas: (1) Cognitive Enhancement Training, (2) Tactical/Operational Training, (3) Program Evaluation/Metrics, (4) Training Development, and (5) Holistic Fitness. Based on the Master Project Management Plan, develop and maintain a project plan to achieve customer requirements and priorities. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project to include clear communication to and with all project stakeholders and required reporting. Pro-actively identifies any potential changes to project scope, identify potential risks and devise mitigation actions. Ensure project documentation is complete, current and submitted and or achieved appropriately. Work with Program Manager to ensure that the project is resourced appropriately.

1. Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.

2. Supervises assigned staff, including subordinate supervisors.

3. Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.

4. May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.

5. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.

6. Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.

7. Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.

8. Coordinates development of deliverables and products.

9. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.

10. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

11. Participates in special projects as required.


1. Master's Degree in a related business or technical discipline.

2. Professional certification (PMP) preferred.


Over 10 years of related experience with at least 5 years within DoD managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing the same or similar work within the Human Dimension, including a demonstrated knowledge of support and sustainment-related operations.

Top Secret with SCI Required

Travel: 10%

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
