Randstad is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to work in the Wilkinson area. This will be a Temporary to Permanent position! If you do not meet the requirements listed below, please do not apply, as only those candidates that meet the requirements will be considered! Candidate MUST have at least five (5) years of previous Accounting/Bookkeeping experience. Preference will be given to candidates that also have experience with Human Resources as well as Insurance.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
accounts payable
accounts receivable
payroll
preparing accounting reports
balancing banking accounts
data entry
general ledger
Working hours: 8:30 to 5 Monday through Friday
The ideal candidate:
MUST have a background in Bookkeeping or Accounting!!
MUST be proficient in dealing with Payroll
MUST have excellent verbal and writing skills!
MUST have good Customer Service skills!
MUST have the ability to be self-directed!
Must be a quick learner
Experience with Peachtree Accounting
Experience with Commercial Insurance
Experience handling Human Resources
MUST have a High School Diploma or GED
MUST be able to provide 2 Professional work references
MUST be able to pass a Criminal History and Drug Screen

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
